RETURNS
We gladly issue refunds for all returns if received in new, undamaged and resaleable condition (i.e. no marks, scratches, etc.) accompanied with all original packaging materials.

To return your purchase, simply contact us either via e-mail (returns-@22kbybaron.com) or call us toll-free (1-866-22K-GOLD) within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Your Return Authorization number (RA#) must be written on the Return Label included with your order and clearly visible on the outside of your package. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured as instructed.

All eligible returns received will be promptly 100% credited (excluding applicable shipping costs) in the same manner as the original purchase. 22K BY BARON is not responsible or liable for any jewelry item that is not returned in manner set forth above.
